Basecamp is committed to a diverse, inclusive and respectful environment
There is no place for discrimination, harassment or micro-aggressions of any kind at Basecamp.
Basecamp will not tolerate residents who discriminate or treat anyone less favourably because of their race, colour, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, medical condition, ancestry, marital status, age, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other characteristic protected under local and country law. Discriminatory behaviours can take many forms; none are acceptable at Basecamp.
We do not permit harassment based on conduct or personal traits that may be considered inappropriate simply because they do not conform to another’s ideas of how an individual or group should behave or look.
Similarly, we do not condone micro-aggressions: the everyday, subtle, intentional (and sometimes unintentional) interactions or behaviours that communicates some bias towards others, often in relation to their background.
