For Denmark<\/h3><div class=\"policy-item__content\"><p>The terms and conditions on which we (Xior Student Operations Nordic ApS) arrange a lease of a room to you (the student) are set out in full in the lease that is available on this website. A condition of you receiving a room is that you sign a lease for a specific room or shared room, either physically or electronically, and that you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pay the rent set out for your room in the lease on the basis set out in the lease,<\/li>\n<li>Pay a deposit as security for unpaid rent, damages, utilities or any cleaning costs as set out in the lease,<\/li>\n<li>Pay money on account of the cost of utilities regularly,<\/li>\n<li>Additionally pay any other costs which may become payable as a result of the terms of the lease (for instance if you choose to take additional services or are required to pay for damage that you have caused to the property),<\/li>\n<li>You abide by the House Rules as published by Basecamp and provided to you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><div id=\"section-1-1\" class=\"site-policy__item policy-item policy-item--subsection\"><h3 class=\"policy-item__title\">1. a. Costs &#038; payment options<\/h3><div class=\"policy-item__content\"><p>At the time of the booking, the tenant must pay 1 month\u2019s rent in advance as well as a deposit equivalent to 3 months\u2019 rent (subject to a maximum of three months\u2019 rent). The monthly rent of the room includes Internet and taxes. A set payment on account covers monthly water, heat and electricity consumption \u2013 a settlement based on actual usage will be conducted once a year during April.<\/p>\n<p>Once we have received your first payment for the room, the deposit, and you have received a signed lease with an assigned room number and further details in return, the booking is final. Now, you can look forward to moving into Basecamp.<\/p>\n<p>Basecamp accepts any customary payment method through its online platform.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of a re-transfer of the credit card debiting, the tenant is obliged to pay the outstanding rent, plus any eventual costs incurred, within 10 days after receipt of the service. These costs include, among others, the costs arising from the cancellation of the credit card debiting.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div id=\"section-2\" class=\"site-policy__item policy-item\"><h3 class=\"policy-item__title\">2. Eine Bedingung f\u00fcr die Zimmervergabe ist, dass Du den Mietvertrag f\u00fcr ein bestimmtes Zimmer entweder physisch und elektronisch unterzeichnest, und dass Du:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die entsprechende Miete f\u00fcr Dein Zimmer auf Grundlage des Mietvertrages zahlst,<\/li>\n<li>Eine Kaution als Sicherheit f\u00fcr ausstehende Mieten, Besch\u00e4digungen oder Reinigungskosten zahlst,<\/li>\n<li>Jegliche andere Kosten \u00fcbernimmst, die aufgrund der Mietbedingungen f\u00e4llig werden k\u00f6nnen (z. Sobald deine Buchung best\u00e4tigt ist, wird die Reservierungsgeb\u00fchr nicht zur\u00fcckerstattet, da sie Teil des gesamten Buchungsvorgangs ist.<\/p>\n<p>Zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung muss der Mieter eine Monatsmiete im Voraus, sowie eine Kaution in H\u00f6he von 2 Monatsmieten bezahlen. Die monatliche Miete f\u00fcr das Zimmer beinhaltet Nebenkosten und Internet.<\/p>\n<p>Sobald die erste Zahlung f\u00fcr das Zimmer und die Kaution bei uns eingegangen sind, erh\u00e4lst du den Mietvertrag mit der vorl\u00e4ufigen Zimmernummer. Die finale Zimmerzuordung kann sich bis zum Einzug noch \u00e4ndern. Weitere Informationen und die endg\u00fcltige Buchungsbest\u00e4tigung folgen bald darauf. Jetzt kannst du dich auf den Umzug ins Basecamp freuen.<\/p>\n<p>Basecamp akzeptiert jede \u00fcbliche Zahlungsmethode \u00fcber die eigene online Plattform.<br \/>\nIm Falle einer Zur\u00fcck\u00fcberweisung der Kreditkartenabbuchung verpflichtet sich der Kunde nach Erhalt der Leistung innerhalb von 10 Tagen den ausstehenden Mietbetrag zzgl. eventuell angefallener Kosten zu zahlen. Po potwierdzeniu rezerwacji op\u0142ata rezerwacyjna nie zostanie zwr\u00f3cona, b\u0119d\u0105c cz\u0119\u015bci\u0105 ca\u0142ego procesu rezerwacyjnego.<\/p>\n<p>Przy dokonaniu rezerwacji pokoju za naszym po\u015brednictwem, zostanie pobrana jednorazowa op\u0142ata administracyjna. W momencie dokonywania rezerwacji najemca zobowi\u0105zany jest do op\u0142acenia z g\u00f3ry czynszu za 1 miesi\u0105c oraz wp\u0142acenia kaucji odpowiadaj\u0105cej wysoko\u015bci miesi\u0119cznego czynszu (maksymalnie za 1 miesi\u0105c czynszu). Miesi\u0119czny czynsz za pok\u00f3j obejmuje op\u0142at\u0119 za media (woda, pr\u0105d i ogrzewanie) podatki i internet.<\/p>\n<p>Po otrzymaniu przez nas Twojej pierwszej p\u0142atno\u015bci za pok\u00f3j i depozyt otrzymasz zwrotnie skan podpisanej przez nas umowy najmu z przydzielonym pokojem i dalszymi szczeg\u00f3\u0142ami, rezerwacja jest ostateczna. Od tego momentu mo\u017cesz przygotowywa\u0107 si\u0119 do przeprowadzki do Basecamp.<\/p>\n<p>Basecamp akceptuje dowoln\u0105 metod\u0119 p\u0142atno\u015bci za po\u015brednictwem swojej platformy internetowej.<br \/>\nW przypadku re-transferu p\u0142atno\u015bci z karty debetowej, najemca jest zobowi\u0105zany do op\u0142acenia pozosta\u0142ej kwoty czynszu, oraz ewentualnych dodatkowych koszt\u00f3w w ci\u0105gu 10 dni od otrzymania us\u0142ugi. Koszty te mog\u0105 obejmowa\u0107 m. in. koszty zwi\u0105zane z anulowaniem obci\u0105\u017cenia karty kredytowej.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div id=\"section-7\" class=\"site-policy__item policy-item\"><h3 class=\"policy-item__title\">7. Costs &#038; payment options<\/h3><div class=\"policy-item__content\"><p>At the time of the booking, the tenant must pay 1 month\u2019s rent in advance as well as a deposit equivalent to 2 months\u2019 rent (subject to a maximum of two months\u2019 rent). The monthly rent of the room includes Internet and taxes.<\/p>\n<p>Once we have received your first payment for the room, the 2-month deposit, and you have received a signed lease with an assigned room number and further details in return, the booking is final. Now, you can look forward to moving into Basecamp.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Basecamp accepts any customary payment method through its online platform.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of a re-transfer of the credit card debiting, the tenant is obliged to pay the outstanding rent, plus any eventual costs incurred, within 10 days after receipt of the service. These costs include, among others, the costs arising from the cancellation of the credit card debiting.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div id=\"section-8\" class=\"site-policy__item policy-item\"><h3 class=\"policy-item__title\">8.
